As a selling agent, although I cannot go through and inspect the home for you, I can give you my professional opinion on items to correct that may show up on another inspectors report. I might recommend an inspection before marketing the home, if I feel the sale would be in jeopardy from a buyer's inspection report. By correcting obvious problems prior to putting your home on the market will make your home more attractive to a buyer. If you are buying a home, you will have my expertise as we walk through the home, giving you a professional opinion on the visible condition of the home. My desire is to gain your trust and respect, to help you sell your home or find a home that meets your requirements and needs, and provide you the professional and quality service you expect. I will be there with you from beginning of the process through the closing, working through any problems that might arise.
